Yoga, the breath and deep sound therapy

Join us in this exciting Friday evening workshop by two experienced teachers.

I will be joining Bhagavatamrita to the Friday evening Sound Therapy again.

We will practise different pranayamas and a full hatha yoga class while Bhaga will be singing inspiring mantras along with the harmonium and quartz singing bowls.

The sound vibrations will support your efforts of relaxing the body and mind to reach a deep state of awareness and relaxation. Our efforts will go towards restoring the natural equilibrium of all the bodily, mental and energetic systems by tuning into the autonomic nervous system.

This workshop is great for anyone that likes to tune into the very subtle world of breath, vibration and relaxation.

I will be guiding through the 'Inner Fire Breath'. An ancient and very powerful breathing exercise to tune into the autonomous nervous system and will leave you with a very still and peaceful mind. By increasing oxygen and decreasing carbon-dioxide levels, the body is being alkalized for various health benefits. (1)

Important: Please arrive with empty stomach. Do not eat anything for at least two hours before the workshop.
